Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Tuscany, with Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Lucca easily accessible. The former barn also offers a convenient private parking space adjacent to the house. The spacious outdoor area, panoramic and carefully designed, is equipped with everything needed for relaxation and entertainment: a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor grilling, outdoor furniture including a table, chairs, and loungers, and an outdoor tub, perfect for unwinding on warm days and keeping children entertained in complete safety.
